3. 3bet more on BTN vs a raise in front from the fish if the blinds are likely to squeeze.
4. c/c hands with more equity instead of c-betting in 3bet pot. ex: TJs on QT9.
5. Widening our open/3bet calling range on BTN vs smallish 3bet from the blinds when both are deep.
6. For BvB situation against a reg or a TAG, a c/r on the flop from SB almost always means a bluff.
